Alexander has unique experience in tax law, in particular, the implementation of effective financial and tax schemes for business in Ukraine and abroad, tax planning and optimization, effective tax risk management, and support of inspections and representation of client’s interests in disputes with tax authorities.
His legal activity areas also include tax structuring of asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and arbitration, bankruptcy, and company resolution.
Alexander also worked in state bodies in managerial positions: head of the legal service, head of district city inspections in the tax service of Ukraine, specialist of the service in the Administration of the President of Ukraine – representative of the President of Ukraine in courts.
