Olena Kalinina is the co-founder and the managing partner at Fama Prof Consult. She is an expert in international business structuring and tax planning.
Olena’s professional journey began in 2005 as a corporate lawyer in a large enterprise. Later she assumed senior positions within the legal departments of Ukrainian branches of prominent international companies like AVISTA, MTI, and GROSSBOND. She further honed her legal acumen as the lead lawyer in renowned French consulting firms and international real estate agencies. Additionally, she served as a project partner at Safir Law & Finance Company and took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at FLUX Company during her illustrious career.

In 2010, Olena embarked on a new chapter by venturing into private legal practice, ultimately establishing Fama Prof Consult as the embodiment of her passion for international business law. Throughout her career, Olena has amassed invaluable experience in navigating the intricate landscape of company registration and administration across diverse jurisdictions, including the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and beyond.

With almost two decades of experience in international law, Olena Kalinina has cultivated her expertise through collaboration with a diverse network of highly skilled and trustworthy professionals, including financiers, bankers, lawyers, auditors, tax advisors, and real estate agents spanning across more than 50 countries. Her extensive background has been enriched by her involvement in pioneering and exclusive international projects such as “Life in Monaco,” “Real Estate on the Cote d’Azur,” “Registration of Companies Around the World,” and “InternatA.”

Olena holds an attorney certificate and is an active member of both international and national bar associations.
